

Suzi Swanson-Brown
Practice Administrator
Suzi joined the practice in 1996 and has worked at all four branches performing reception, admin and auxiliary nursing. When the Veterinary Hospital opened in 1998 she moved to a more office based role and became responsible for HR, payroll, health and safety, COSHH, maintaining RCVS Practice Standards Scheme for Veterinary Hospital standards status, supporting the CD and general practice administration. Suzi has a husband, three children, two horses, two dogs and two stable cats, which means that she only has enough time to work two days a week!


Cheri Brown
Head Shoebury branch receptionist
Cheri is a qualified veterinary care assistant and have been employed at Shoebury since 1996. She is passionate about her job and finds my daily tasks varied and rewarding. Cheri enjoys holding monthly puppy parties and being part of the friendly team we have here at Shoebury. She was a keen horse woman for many years, but now enjoys being part of the Leigh Priory Dog Training Club and a member of their heal work to music team. Cheri enjoys exercising her dogs Roxy and Barnaby and has many pets including cats, chinchillas, guinea pigs, a mixed aviary of birds, an African grey parrot and a tortoise.


Lesley Morgan
Head Eastwood branch receptionist
Lesley has worked for the Earls Hall since 1997 and has a particular interest in rabbits and rodents, qualifying as a graduate member of the British Association of Rodentologists in 1995. She is trained by the Blue Cross to offer pet bereavement support to clients and colleagues within the practice. In her spare time she runs a small animal charity based from her home specialising in the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of rabbits, guinea pigs and fancy rats. She has two dogs and a Gypsy Cob called Hugo. Lesley is a volunteer with the Riding for the Disabled Association one afternoon per week and sits on the committee of the Essex branch of the British Horse Society. As a welfare officer Lesley is also available to offer support to bereaved horse owners through the British Horse Society ‘Friends at the End’ initiative.


Susan Phillips
Head Ashingdon branch receptionist
Susan has worked for Earls Hall since 2000 and runs the family fit club every other Wednesday, as well as the puppy parties here once a month. Susan has a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Bailey and a Lurcher named Florence. She enjoy long walks with her dogs, pilates, going out for meals, going to the pictures, and socialising with her family and friends.


Debbie Fox
Receptionist at Shoebury
Debbie has been an employee since 2006. Her job is varied and daily duties include reception, admitting animals, nurse clinics and general advice. She is also involved in monthly puppy parties. Debbie enjoys every aspect of her job and treats every client’s animal as if it is her own. Outside of work Debbie’s main interest is exercising and training her three dogs Angel, Skipper and Pixie; she trains three nights a week. Debbie is a member of Leigh Priory Dog Training club and also a member of the heal work to music team.


Wendy Mansfield
Receptionist at The Veterinary Hospital
Wendy has worked at Earls Hall since 2004 and feels very lucky working with such a great team. She enjoys meeting new clients as well as our regular clients on a day to day basis. Outside of work Wendy enjoys socialising with her friends and family.


Shirley Mackenzie
Receptionist at The Veterinary Hospital
Shirley has worked on reception at our Veterinary Hospital since 2006 and enjoys the interaction with our clients. She helps to manage the Healthy Pet Club which she enjoys as she knows this really helps our clients with the general upkeep of their pets. In her spare time she enjoy working in her garden, playing with her grandson and two cats, Sums and Rocky.


Elaine Glover
Receptionist at Shoebury
Elaine has worked at the Shoebury branch since 2004 her main role is a receptionist but is also responsible for processing client’s insurance claims and promoting our Healthy Pet Club scheme. Working at a branch requires her to be multi-skilled which means she often helps out with other duties on a daily basis and finds the diversity of the job very enjoyable. Outside of work Elaine enjoys relaxing at home listening to music, her passion being Andre Rieu. She also loves browsing round antique shops, walking on the beach and Sunday drives to little tea shops for cream tea.


Tracey Theobald
Receptionist and Patient Care Assistant at The Veterinary Hospital
Tracey has worked at Earls Hall Veterinary Hospital since 2008 and is one the hospitals receptionists. Tracey is also a patient care assistant and has won our customer service award for three consecutive years. In her spare time she likes to travel, socialise with her friends and pet sit.


Chris Rosewell
Eastwood receptionist
Chris has been with Earls Hall Veterinary Group for many years and has worked at all of the branches. She is now situated at the Shoebury branch as is involved with running the hydrotherapy unit. Chris trained at the Animal Health Trust and is a member of the Canine Hydrotherapy Association. She has two dogs and a horse at home who keep her very fit.


Diane Ford
Lab Technician
Diane worked for 12 years in the microbiology and haematology departments at Grays Hospital, during which time she studied and qualified as a biomedical scientist. After a career break to have her daughters she returned to laboratory work at Earls Hall in 2000. There are many similarities between animal pathology and humans so she has enjoyed using her previous experience. Diane has two bunnies, Muffin and Rusty, and also enjoy walking, riding, bird watching and singing in a choir.


Geraldine Dignam
Cleaner
Geraldine has worked for the practice since 1999 and is responsible for maintaining the practices high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our office and admin areas. She is a keen animal lover and a valued team member whose presence is always missed when she is out of practice.
