

Hannah Boswell RVN
Advanced Veterinary Nurse Manager
Hannah has been working at Earls Hall since 2009. She completed her training here and is now one of our head nurses. Hannah is also a trained clinical coach, which allows her to help our trainee veterinary nurses. She particularly enjoys the medical and emergency side of nursing and is keen to further her qualification in nursing by achieving a certificate in this area. Hannah has three animals - two cute male husky rats and a Boxer cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Gunner.


Jenny Hagger RVN
Head Nurse
Jenny started work at Earls Hall in 2004 as a trainee nurse after completing a degree in animal science. Since qualifying in 2007 she worked at the branch surgery Ashingdon for several years doing a variety of nurse clinics. Her interests include behaviour. In 2010 she was promoted to head nurse and moved back to our Hospital. At home she has two rescue cats called Pebbles and Smudge, a rescue rabbit called Basil and a rescue Cocker Spaniel called Pippa.


Natalie Bonser RVN
Natalie has worked here since 2008. She was lucky enough to join when we were at the small practice in Earls Hall and has been here to see the growth of our practice into the hospital it is now. Natalie has many animals, including a dog called Darci, a cat called Kit Cat and numerous smaller animals such as a hamster, tortoise, chickens, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs, many of which have been adopted through working at Earls Hall.


Sam Cook RVN
Sam qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2007. Since then she has grown a keen interest in surgical nursing and endoscopy. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family. At home she has three guinea pigs called Camden, Oreo and Sweep and two cats called Jean Claude and Dotty.


Rebecca Foxhall RVN
Rebecca has completed a three year national diploma in animal management and care and began training at Earls Hall to become a qualified veterinary nurse in 2011. She is currently studying at Writtle College. Rebecca loves working with animals and is committed to providing them with the best possible care. She has a cat with a very distinctive moustache called Monty, which she re-homed from the Cats Protection and who is very much loved.

Student Veterinary Nurse
Hannah joined Earls Hall in 2009. She completed her veterinary care assistant course and is currently studying at Writtle College to become a fully qualified nurse. She really enjoys working with animals and loves all of the parts of the job. Hannah has a Weimaraner at home, who is very cheeky and spoilt. She has grown up with a lot of animals, and loves having them around her. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her partner and son, going for walks.


Stephanie Holden
Student Veterinary Nurse
Steph started working at Earls Hall as an animal nursing assistant in November 2014 and has now progressed to a student veterinary nurse. She graduated with a degree in zoology from the University of Birmingham and is really pleased to be in an enjoyable job working with animals. She owns a hamster called Twix, but is sure the list will gradually grow over the years.


Alisha Riebold
Student Veterinary Nurse
Alisha started at Earls Hall Veterinary Hospital in January 2018 after working within the industry for 10 months and having a qualification in both animal management and care. She has previously worked aboard with animals and has always had a love and interest in their care and welfare. Alisha hopes to complete her training her to become a qualified veterinary nurse and really loves waking up for work every morning. She enjoys the emergency care of animals that come to the hospital, as well as having an interest in their behaviour and physical therapy. Alisha currently doesn’t have any pets at home but is sure an animal in need of a rescue will steal her heart before she qualifies.


Maddy Goward
Student Veterinary Nurse
Maddy started working at Earls Hall Veterinary Hospital in May 2019 after working within the industry for two years at a referral practice. She also has previous experience working in kennels and volunteering at a canine hydrotherapy centre. Maddy started her nursing training in September 2020 and is looking forward to becoming a registered veterinary nurse. She has a keen interest in nursing geriatric patients as well as exotics. At home she has a wide range of pets including a couple of cocker spaniels, three cats and a corn snake.


Chris Rosewell
Patient Care Assistant
Chris has been with Earls Hall Veterinary Group for many years and has worked at all of the branches. She is now situated at the Shoebury branch as is involved with running the hydrotherapy unit. Chris trained at the Animal Health Trust and is a member of the Canine Hydrotherapy Association. She has two dogs and a horse at home who keep her very fit.
